1. Area Sales Officer

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new sales opportunities for Household cleaning and personal care products, Sanitary Pad and Spices (FMCG) in the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and medical stores.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving product penetration.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.

Ensure proper product visibility and brand promotion at retail stores and medical outlets.

Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

Education: 12th or Any Bachelor’s degree.

Preference for candidates in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 1-5 years in sales, preferably in FMCG, Healthcare, or Hygiene products.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to travel within the assigned area.
