Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Officer (ASO) with strong exposure in the Iron & Steel Industry. The candidate will be responsible for sales development, dealer network expansion, project sales, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Candidate Profile:
Candidate should have experience in Iron & Steel Industry sales.
Must have knowledge and experience in products like:
MIG Wire / Welding Consumables
FRP Rebar
TMT Projects Sales
TMT Retail Sales
TATA Astrum / HR Coil & Sheets
Durashine
TATA Pravesh
TATA Agrico
Other steel and industrial products
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage dealer, distributor and customer network.
Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory.
Handle project sales and retail sales activities.
Visit customers, dealers, fabricators and contractors.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Prepare sales reports and market feedback.
Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
2–5 years of experience in Iron & Steel / Building Material / Industrial Product Sales.
Experience in B2B sales and channel sales preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of local market and customer base.
Own vehicle and willingness to travel preferred.
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
