• Attend the Lead.

• Building business relations with current and potential customers.

• Initiate outbound callings to connect with potential customers.

• Meeting all the targets of cold, active and inactive calls.

• Creating and maintaining the database of prospect clients.

• Achieving monthly and annual sales targets (Branch Target).

• Rough Estimate preparation.

• Collecting the token.

• Combined effort with the designer to send the drawings to the factory.

• Preparing Final Estimate.

• Final Documents Preparation.

• Part payment and final payment collection.

• Obtain client satisfaction reports.

Skills Required

• Should possess excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.

• Goal oriented.

• Time management skill.
