About the Role
Techno Music India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth, expand the dealer network, and strengthen market presence across Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in channel sales, dealer management, and business development, along with excellent leadership and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Appoint, develop, and manage dealers/distributors across the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key customers.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor business performance and provide dealer support.
Track sales performance, inventory movement, and dealer productivity.
Ensure effective implementation of branding, merchandising, and promotional activities.
Train dealers and retail partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and customer support.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy dealer accounts.
Qualifications
MBA in Marketing or Sales (Mandatory).
5–8 years of experience in Channel Sales, Dealer Management, or Business Development.
Experience in Consumer Electronics, Musical Instruments, Audio Products, or similar industries is preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
Mandatory Requirements
Must own a personal laptop for daily reporting, communication, and business operations.
Smartphone with internet connectivity.
Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
Fluency in English and Hindi. Marathi is an added advantage.
