Job Description

Position: Area Sales Manager – Delhi NCRLocation: Delhi NCRDepartment: Sales & DistributionKey Requirements: • 5–10 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in beverages or consumer goods. • Strong existing network of distributors and retailers in Delhi NCR. • Deep understanding of Delhi NCR market dynamics and trade practices. • Strong face value and credibility in the market. • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.Key Responsibilities: • Appoint, manage, and expand distributor network across Delhi NCR. • Drive primary and secondary sales through general & modern trade. • Ensure product visibility, availability, and retail expansion. • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. • Monitor competitor activities and recommend market strategies.Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.Please share suitable profiles at the earliest so we can proceed with the selection process.
