Job description:
To set and enforce Sales and Marketing targets for the Sales Officers in accordance to the guidelines set by the Head of Sales and Marketing. One must help in gathering market intelligence, maintaining the client network, and ensure the collection of receivables is taking place apart from ensuring that the manufacturing units are loaded with orders.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Meet and interact with customers / traders as per schedules agreed.
· Keeping track of market conditions, demand, pricing, and quality to benefit Shivtara sales in the region.
· Enforcing adaptive pricing of products in accordance to the Pricing list.
· Budget allowance for campaigning and site visits.
· Implementing incentive schemes for brokers, traders, and Sales officers to grow sales
· Managing and improving customer relations to benefit company profitability.
