Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area
Develop and implement sales plans and strategies
Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors and dealers
Visit markets regularly to monitor sales performance and product availability
Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key customers
Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and promotions
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences
Train and guide distributor sales teams and field staff
Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
Prepare sales reports and submit them to the Area/Regional Sales Manager
