Job Description

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area

  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies

  • Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors and dealers

  • Visit markets regularly to monitor sales performance and product availability

  • Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key customers

  • Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and promotions

  • Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences

  • Train and guide distributor sales teams and field staff

  • Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections

  • Prepare sales reports and submit them to the Area/Regional Sales Manager
