Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned area.

• Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, or channel partners.

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent sales performance.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.

• Execute territory sales plans in alignment with company strategy.

• Conduct regular field visits to ensure product availability and visibility.

• Provide product training and support to retailers and distributors.

• Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any customer or dealer issues.

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
