Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned area
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share
Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers
Ensure product availability and visibility in all targeted outlets
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity and market trends
Implement sales promotions, schemes, and marketing initiatives in the area
Track daily sales performance and prepare sales reports
Train and support retailers, distributors, and sales representatives
Resolve customer issues and ensure timely order fulfillment
Collect market feedback and share insights with management
