  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area

  • Develop and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage

  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards in the market

  • Implement company sales strategies, promotions, and schemes

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends

  • Collect market feedback and report insights to management

  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts

  • Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams for smooth operations
