Area Sales Officer

1. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.

2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving queries and concerns promptly.

3. Identify client needs and offer appropriate products/services to meet those needs.

4. Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

5. Retain existing clients by providing excellent service and personalized support.

6. Cross-sell and upsell company products/services to existing clients.

7. Manage client portfolios and ensure timely follow-ups for renewals and services.

8. Meet sales targets and business goals set by the organization.

9. Keep records of client interactions and update CRM systems regularly.

10. Coordinate with internal departments (like operations, customer service, etc.) to fulfill client requests.

11. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

12. Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.

13. Collect and act on client feedback to improve services and customer experience.

14. Prepare daily/weekly reports on client activity, targets, and achievements.

15. Participate in training and development programs to enhance product and sales knowledge.
