Area Sales Officer

We are looking for a Area Sales Officer to join our team at Sforce Services. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,500 - ₹32,500 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Area Development Manager in achieving sales and business targets.

• Support the development and expansion of the assigned market/territory.

• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.

• Maintain good relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.

• Conduct regular market visits and monitor market activities.

• Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and order conversion.

• Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.

• Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Support promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, meetings, and events.

• Follow up on pending payments and support collection activities.

• Guide and coordinate with field sales staff when required.

• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, sales strategies, and targets.

• Provide regular market feedback and updates to the Area Development Manager.
  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
