Qualification

·       Bachelor’s degree in Any Stream.

·       Minimum 4–5 years of experience in NBFC Finance company.

·       Experience in handling LAP, Vehicle, and MSME loans is required.

Roles And Responsibilities

1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction for the company.

 ii. Responsible for team building, including hiring, training, and developing staff within the assigned area.

3. Develop and execute plans to enhance the performance and growth of the assigned area.

4. Plan and execute expansion strategies by setting up new branches to support business growth.

5. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs for the betterment of the company.

6. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

7. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

8. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

9. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

10. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

11. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

12. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

13. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

14. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

15. Regular and continues market visit at client’s location.

16. Execute all marketing and promotion related activities on regular basis.
