Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain account health
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–4 years of experience in sales (FMCG preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Target-driven with a proven track record
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Preferred Skills:
Experience in channel sales / distributor management
Knowledge of local market dynamics
Existing network in the industry (added advantage)
