Hiring: Sales Officer (SO) – Delhi NCR
We are seeking a high-energy Sales Officer (SO) to drive operations and team performance for a leading Cosmetic Brand across the Delhi NCR region. This role focuses on field execution, promoter management, and achieving secondary sales targets.
Role Overview
Location: Delhi NCR (covering Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, and Ghaziabad).
Reporting to: Area Sales Manager / Operations Manager.
Team Size: Managing a team of 15–20 Beauty Advisors (BAs) / Promoters.
Key Responsibilities
Team Performance: Conduct daily morning huddles to set targets and track hourly sales updates.
Store Audits: Visit 4–5 stores daily to ensure brand hygiene, tester availability, and VM compliance.
Recruitment & Training: Coordinate with HR to fill vacant counters within 7 days and provide on-job training (OJT) to new BAs.
Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with Floor Managers and Store Managers at LFRs (Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop, etc.) and standalone boutiques.
Stock Management: Ensure timely indenting and prevent "Out of Stock" (OOS) scenarios for top-selling SKUs.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: 2–5 years in Cosmetic, Personal Care, or Premium Lifestyle retail operations.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation skills, and ability to handle store-level escalations.
Tech-Savvy: Must be proficient in Excel (for data analysis) and reporting apps.
Mobility: Must have a personal vehicle for daily market visits.
