About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Executive to oversee sales operations across the Pan India. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the electronic appliances or consumer durables industry, strong dealer/distributor management skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. The role involves frequent travel within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop dealer, distributor, and retailer networks within the assigned region.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

• Ensure proper product display, branding, and promotional activities at dealer outlets.

• Conduct regular visits to dealers, retailers, and customers to build strong relationships.

• Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams for smooth order execution.

• Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).

4–8 years of experience in sales of electronic appliances or consumer durables.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and leadership abilities.

Must be willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Own vehicle with a valid driving license is mandatory.
