Territory Sales and Area Sales
Location: Delhi , Gurgaon
Role Summary:
The Territory Sales and Area Sales will be responsible for achieving sales and collection targets in the assigned territory. The role focuses on dealer servicing, market expansion, order generation, and on-ground brand execution for LED lighting products.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Visit dealers, distributors, and retailers daily to generate orders.
Identify and appoint new retailers in uncovered markets.
Ensure proper display and visibility of light products.
Promote new products and schemes effectively in the market.
Gather competitor information on pricing, schemes, and product performance.
Conduct retail counter meets and electrician engagement programs.
Submit daily market reports (DSR) and update on achievements and issues.
Support ASM in executing local marketing or promotional activities.

Brand Visibility & Promotion
Execution of display, signage & promotion plans
Ensure availability of POP, visibility material
Reporting & Market Intelligence
Timely and accurate DSR submission
Provide competitor and product feedback regularly
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate (Preferred: Commerce / Marketing / Electrical background).
2–5 years of experience in LED lighting, electricals sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good understanding of local markets and dealer networks.
Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and CRM tools.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
