Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the Delhi region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through direct sales and dealer network management, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue growth through direct sales and dealer/channel partners

• Recruit, appoint, onboard, and manage dealer networks in the assigned territory

• Conduct field visits, institutional visits, and campus outreach programs

• Train and guide dealers on product features, pricing, and sales strategies

• Monitor dealer performance and support them in lead conversion and closures

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Identify new business opportunities, institutions, and partnerships

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, institutions, and key stakeholders

• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management

Key Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline

• 5–7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

• Mandatory experience in dealer/channel sales management

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in appointing and managing dealers

• Experience in sectors such as Insurance, Banking, Telecom, or Broker/Sub-channel sales preferred

• Proven track record of managing indirect sales and partner networks

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

• Fluency in English and local language is mandatory

• Delhi-based candidates preferred
