Ie. Insurance or Banking or experience in working with Broker - sub channels, Telecom sector, etc• Proven track record in managing indirect sales and partner networks• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills• Willingness to travel across regions• Fluency in English and local language mandatory• Natives of specified locations only need apply Key Responsibilities:• Conduct field visits and campus outreach activities to promote our e-learning comprehensive solutions• Recruit and onboard Dealers to promote our e-learning solutions• Train Dealers on e-learning features and sales strategies• Drive daily/weekly/monthly sales targets in your assigned territory.• Monitor Dealers activities and support them in lead conversions.• Identify potential institutions and opportunities for partnership.
