Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Area Sales Managers to drive revenue growth through direct sales and dealer network management. The role involves recruiting, training, and managing dealers while expanding our presence across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits and campus outreach activities to promote Medigurukulam’s e-learning solutions

• Recruit, onboard, and develop dealer networks in assigned regions

• Train dealers on product features, value propositions, and sales strategies

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the territory

• Monitor dealer performance and support them in lead generation and conversion

• Identify potential institutions and partnership opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, institutions, and key stakeholders

Key Requirements

• Graduate with 5–7 years of Sales & Marketing experience

• Mandatory experience in:

  • Direct sales

  • Dealer appointment, expansion, and development

• Minimum 5 years of experience in appointing dealers

• Prior experience in sectors such as Insurance, Banking, Telecom, or working with dealer/sub- dealer/brand ambasador models is preferred

• Proven track record of managing indirect sales and partner networks

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

• Fluency in English and the local language (mandatory)
