As a Sales Manager – Gold Loan, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing branch-level business, and supporting customer acquisition across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities include:
Generate and manage gold loan leads through walk-ins, referrals, and tele calling.
Handle gold loan customers across multiple nearby branches (5–6 branches in the assigned area).
Remain stationed at the assigned branch when customers are present; travel to nearby branches within the territory to assist customers as per business requirements.
Educate customers on gold loan products, interest rates, tenure, and benefits.
Coordinate with partner banks for loan processing, disbursement, renewals, and balance transfers.
Ensure timely closure of leads and achievement of monthly sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Maintain accurate customer documentation and ensure full compliance with company and bank policies.
Support branch teams in meeting overall business objectives and growth targets.
Requirements
1–2+ years of experience in Gold Loan / BFSI / Financial Services sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel locally between branches as per business needs.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Graduation preferred.
