We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Officer to promote and sell our cattle feed products. The role involves building strong customer relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors, achieving sales targets, and supporting the growth of our livestock nutrition business.
Promote and sell cattle feed products to farmers, dealers, and distributors.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct field visits to understand farmer requirements and provide solutions.
Educate farmers about the benefits and usage of cattle feed for improved milk yield and animal health.
Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
Coordinate with the sales team and report sales activities to the manager.
Support in marketing campaigns, field demonstrations, and farmer meetings.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business, or related field).
0–2 years of experience in sales (freshers may also apply).
Knowledge of cattle feed / livestock farming will be an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively in rural/field areas.
