To drive sales, achieve targets, and manage a team of Sales Officers/Dealers in the assigned area by developing the cattle feed market, ensuring product availability, and building strong customer relationships.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Appoint, train, and manage Sales Officers, Dealers, and Distributors.
Expand market coverage by identifying new business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with farmers, veterinarians, and channel partners.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales activities and provide guidance to the team.
Organize farmer meetings, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to counter competition.
Maintain MIS reports, sales data, and submit periodic performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and marketing guidelines.
Graduate / Postgraduate in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry, or any stream (MBA preferred).
0-5 years of sales experience in cattle feed / agri-inputs / veterinary products.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of local market and rural network.
Willingness to travel extensively.
