Area Sales Officer

We are looking for an Area Sales Executive – Channel Sales to join OPUS Battery, Juthera Green Private Limited. The role is focused on developing and managing our dealer network across the assigned territory, generating repeat business, supporting existing channel partners, and expanding OPUS Battery’s presence in the EV and lithium battery market.

The position offers a fixed salary of ₹22,000 to ₹28,000 per month, along with performance incentives up to ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month, a travel/petrol allowance, and an official company SIM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and appoint new dealers, retailers, EV workshops, battery shops and channel partners.

• Conduct regular market visits and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

• Develop existing dealers and generate consistent repeat orders.

• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, payments and outstanding collections.

• Maintain strong relationships with dealers and key business accounts.

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes and market activity.

• Follow company pricing, credit and discount policies.

• Maintain accurate dealer records, daily visit reports and sales activity in CRM/ERP.

• Coordinate with sales, production, dispatch and service teams for smooth order execution.

• Achieve monthly sales, active-dealer and collection targets.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
Experience: 1 to 4 years in B2B / Field Sales

Experience in EV, battery, automobile, auto parts, tyre, inverter, solar, electrical or related industries will be preferred.

Candidates should have strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills, good knowledge of the local market, and the ability to independently manage a sales territory.

Own a two-wheeler and smartphone are required. Basic CRM/mobile reporting knowledge is preferred.
