Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the company’s sales goals and objectives within the assigned area.
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Identify and establish new business opportunities, partnerships, and distributor networks to expand market presence. On-board new Dealers and Distributors from the same segment:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
• Monitor and sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Manage the budget for the area and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
• Ensure that the sales team complies with all company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitive activities to inform strategic decision-making.
