Area Sales Officer

🔹 Sales & Distribution Management
Drive primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory.
Ensure effective coverage of General Trade outlets, including retailers, stockists, and distributors.
Increase sales of focused SKUs and improve ECO (Effective Call Output).
🔹 Team Management
Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives / Sales Promoters.
Train, mentor, and motivate the front-line sales force to achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals.
🔹 Market Execution
Execute promotional plans, ensure visibility, and adherence to planograms.
Monitor product availability, visibility, and freshness in retail outlets.
🔹 Channel Development
Identify and onboard new distributors and retailers.
Strengthen the distribution network to ensure width and depth of distribution.
🔹 Reporting & Analytics
Regularly update sales performance via daily/weekly MIS reports.
Analyze market trends, competition activities, and customer feedback.
