Responsibilities:
Hire and manage a team of 10 Field Sales Executives.
Execute merchant and seller onboarding initiatives.
Ensure team targets are met consistently, maintaining high-performance standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in merchant onboarding or Seller Onboarding.
Proven experience in team management and sales.
Ability to work under a 2-month probation period where performance will be closely monitored before transitioning to payroll.
