Job Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers and generate business for life insurance products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and existing customer networks.
Conduct customer meetings and explain product features and benefits.
Complete documentation and ensure smooth policy issuance.
Provide post-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
Maintain daily sales activity reports and customer records.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Banking, Insurance, NBFC, Telecom, FMCG, Retail, Automobile, or any field sales).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
Two-wheeler preferred.
Willingness to travel for field sales.
