We are looking for a Area Sales Officer to join our team at HDFC LIFE. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22,000 - ₹27,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of advisors/agents.
Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with potential customers and existing clients.
Identify new business opportunities in the assigned market.
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and customer interactions.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity.
Maintain proper records and submit regular sales reports to management.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
