Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
✅ Manage distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts
✅ Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
✅ Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
✅ Ensure strong product visibility and merchandising in stores
✅ Maintain healthy relationships with customers and distributors
✅ Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
✅ Increase secondary sales and improve territory coverage
�� Required Skills & Qualifications
�� Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
�� Minimum 2+ years of FMCG sales experience
☕ Experience in tea, beverages, or food industry preferred
��️ Strong communication and negotiation skills
�� Good knowledge of sales reporting and MS Office
�� Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
�� Strong understanding of Gujarat FMCG market
�� Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
