Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers in the assigned area.
Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
Collect market intelligence on pricing, competitors, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from distributors/customers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Implement company sales schemes, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt after-sales support.
Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
