Sales & Supply Chain Manager manages the entire customer and product fow, from initial sale to fnal delivery and sourcing efciency:
A. Sales & Customer Management
Own and achieve the Vertical's annual and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Direct the Sales Executive in key account acquisition, negotiation, and contract fnalization.
Oversee the Client Relations team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, managing all major client inquiries and issue resolution.
Develop and manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate, timely sales forecasts.
B. Supply Chain & Sourcing
Manage the Sourcing Specialist function to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of all necessary raw materials and components.
Implement strategies to optimize the entire supply chain, focusing on minimizing inventory
holding costs and improving material delivery reliability.
Oversee all logistics and warehousing activities to ensure efcient product movement and high-quality order fulfllment.
C. Planning & Financial Alignment
Collaborate with the Planning Manager to translate sales forecasts into the Master Production Schedule (MPS) requirements.
Monitor and report on key operational metrics such as Delivery in Full, On Time (DIFOT) and
sourcing cost variance.
Manage the departmental budget related to procurement, logistics, and sales expenses.
