Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
Manage and motivate Sales Officers, Area Sales Officers, and field team members.
Expand distribution network and ensure product availability in all key outlets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and market trends.
Execute promotional activities, schemes, and brand visibility plans.
Ensure timely order collection, stock planning, and proper inventory management.
Train and support the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS to management.
Maintain compliance of pricing, credit limits, and company policies.

Understanding of market dynamics and distribution channels

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3–7 years of sales experience (FMCG or relevant industry preferred)
Prior team-handling experience is an added advantage
