Position: Sales Officer Trainee

Location: Delhi NCR (with travel across assigned territories)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Freshers can apply; candidates with sales experience are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of RO/Water Purifier products through dealers and distributors.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.

Visit assigned markets and outlets regularly to generate sales.

Ensure product availability and achieve monthly sales targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

Conduct product demonstrations and support promotional activities.

Prepare sales reports and market visit reports.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline (2025–2026 pass-outs preferred).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive, energetic, and target-oriented mindset.

Willingness to travel extensively.

A valid two-wheeler and driving licence are mandatory.

Candidates with field sales experience in RO/Water Purifier products will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

CTC: Fixed ₹6 LPA

Approximate Take-Home: ₹50,000 per month, subject to applicable deductions.

Preferred Territories

Delhi, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and Chandigarh.
