The role includes managing distributors, expanding retail coverage, ensuring product visibility, and executing structured market visits. The ASO will work both with and without distributors to develop a strong retail network and maintain inventory health at every store.📌 Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Market ExpansionAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for all assigned regions.Cover 5–6 major cities and expand into surrounding areas.Identify and add new retail stores smartly to increase footprint.2. Distributor ManagementAppoint, coordinate, and manage distributors in the assigned territory.Ensure timely supply, stock availability, and sales support.Conduct regular follow-ups to strengthen distributor performance.3. Retail Store OperationsPrepare and execute a retail market plan with or without distributor support.Visit every retail store at least once every 20 days.Check inventory levels at each store and take replenishment orders in consultation with the retailer.Ensure proper product display at all retail outlets.Take a selfie with the product display after arrangement as evidence of visual merchandising.4. Daily Activity & ReportingShare live location at the start of the workday.Follow an 8-hour daily market visit schedule.Submit daily sales reports, visit notes, and order details.5. Coordination & CommunicationMaintain smooth coordination between retailers, distributors, and the company.Address retailer issues promptly to ensure smooth product flow.Communicate market feedback, competitor activities, and insights to management.
