Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Order Management
Visit assigned retail shops, distributors, and outlets daily
Take product orders and ensure timely supply from factory
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
2. Market Coverage
Cover all outlets in the assigned route/area
Add new retail shops and expand market reach
Ensure product visibility in all stores
3. Product Placement & Display
Ensure proper display of cakes and bakery products
Maintain branding materials (posters, standees, etc.)
Monitor competitor products and pricing
4. Relationship Management
Maintain good relationships with shopkeepers and distributors
Handle complaints and resolve issues quickly
5. Stock & Freshness Monitoring
Check product expiry and freshness at outlets
Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) is followed
Avoid product returns and wastage
6. Reporting
Submit daily sales report (DSR) to reporting manager
Update market feedback, demand trends, and competitor activity
Skills Required:
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic sales and negotiation ability
Knowledge of local market
Ability to travel within assigned area
Note: Experience in FMCG / bakery sales preferred
