Sales & Target AchievementAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets of the branch.Plan and execute sales strategies to increase product sales.Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of the team.B. Team ManagementLead, mentor, and motivate the branch sales team.Assign targets and monitor team productivity.Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews.C. Dealer & Customer ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.Resolve dealer/customer issues quickly to ensure satisfaction.Expand market reach by appointing new dealers and nurturing existing ones.D. Market AnalysisTrack competitor activities, pricing, and new market trends.Identify new business opportunities within the region.Provide market feedback to the management team.E. Branch OperationsEnsure branch operations run smoothly and efficiently.Coordinate with logistics and supply chain team for product availability.Maintain proper documentation, reports, and compliance.F.
