Job Summary:The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for managing overall branch operations, driving sales targets, expanding business, and ensuring excellent customer service. The BSM leads the branch team, develops strategies to increase revenue, and builds strong relationships with customers and channel partners.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Target AchievementAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets of the branch.Develop and implement effective sales plans to increase business.Monitor performance of the sales team and guide them to achieve goals.2. Team ManagementLead, train, and motivate the branch sales team.Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity.Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.3. Business DevelopmentIdentify new market opportunities to expand branch business.Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.Increase market penetration and brand visibility.4. Customer Relationship ManagementEnsure high-quality customer service and quick resolution of customer queries.Maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.5. Branch OperationsManage daily branch activities smoothly and efficiently.Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and reporting.Maintain coordination with the head office and other departments.6.
