Assistant Manager – CASA | Axis Bank

Job Responsibilities:

Acquire new CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) customers
Generate leads through field visits, references, and cold calling
Cross-sell banking products (FD, RD, Insurance, Loans, etc.)
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Ensure KYC compliance and documentation process
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries
Coordinate with branch team for smooth account opening

Candidate Profile:

Graduate (Mandatory)
Good communication and convincing skills
Field sales experience preferred (Banking / Insurance / NBFC)
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Two-wheeler & DL preferred
