Job Description

Assistant Manager – CASA | Axis Bank

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) customers

  • Generate leads through field visits, references, and cold calling

  • Cross-sell banking products (FD, RD, Insurance, Loans, etc.)

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers

  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

  • Ensure KYC compliance and documentation process

  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries

  • Coordinate with branch team for smooth account opening

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate (Mandatory)

  • Good communication and convincing skills

  • Field sales experience preferred (Banking / Insurance / NBFC)

  • Target-oriented and self-motivated

  • Two-wheeler & DL preferred
