We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Fertilizer Sales Officer to manage and grow our distributor network. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales through distributors, expanding the dealer base, and promoting our range of organic and chemical fertilizers in the assigned territory.
Appoint and manage distributors and dealers in the assigned district.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build strong relationships with channel partners (distributors & retailers).
Conduct field visits, farmer meetings, and product demonstrations.
Provide training and support to distributors on product knowledge and selling techniques.
Collect market feedback and competitor analysis.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper sales documentation.
Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure product availability.
Minimum Graduate, preferably in Agriculture or related field.
1–3 years of sales experience in agri-inputs (fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, etc.)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Candidates with a local background and existing distributor contacts are preferred.
Knowledge of local language and farming practices.
