Role Objective
To expand and manage Aulten’s dealer and distributor network across India, drive channel sales for voltage stabilizers and home appliances, and build strong market presence through structured, on-ground execution.
This role is strictly meant for physical product sales professionals with field exposure.
Travel Requirement (Clearly Defined)
· Frequent Pan-India travel
· Typically 2–3 trips per month
· Each trip of approximately 3–4 days
· All official travel, stay, and business expenses will be borne by the company as per policy
Candidates must be comfortable with this travel pattern.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer & Distributor Appointment
· Identify, evaluate, appoint, and onboard dealers and distributors across assigned and new territories.
· Conduct market surveys to identify potential partners and competitive gaps.
· Negotiate commercials, margins, and onboarding formalities.
Channel Sales & Market Development
· Drive primary sales to distributors and support secondary sales through dealers.
· Promote Aulten’s stabilizers and home-appliance product range.
· Execute schemes, launches, and market activation plans.
Field Execution & Relationship Management
· Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key dealers.
· Monitor distributor performance, stock movement, and market feedback.
· Resolve channel-level issues related to pricing, supply, and competition.
Reporting & Internal Coordination
· Share regular MIS, sales reports, travel reports, and market insights.
· Coordinate with marketing, operations, and accounts teams for smooth execution.
Candidate Requirements (Strict Screening Criteria)
Experience
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience or more in sales of physical products.
· Strong preference for candidates from home appliances, electrical, electronics, consumer durables, power products, or similar industries.
· Candidates from other physical product categories may be considered based on relevant sales experience.
�� Candidates with only service-sector sales experience (insurance, banking, finance, telecom, etc.) must NOT be considered.
Sales Background
· Field sales / channel sales experience is mandatory.
· Exposure to dealer or distributor handling will be an advantage.
· Must be target-oriented and comfortable working on numbers.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
· Self-driven, disciplined, and market-oriented mindset.
· Ability to work independently in field roles.
· Basic proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
· Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Education
· Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
· MBA / PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Compensation Structure (Clearly Explained)
· CTC Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
(Final offer depends on experience, interview performance, and industry relevance)
Salary Break-up
· 90% of CTC will be paid as fixed monthly in-hand salary
· 10% of CTC will be variable pay, linked to performance
Variable Pay
· Released based on:
o Achievement of clearly defined sales targets
o Overall performance and market execution
· Targets will be measurable and number-driven
Incentives (Over & Above CTC)
· Attractive performance incentives paid over and above CTC
· Incentive structure is significantly better than industry standards
· High performers can earn substantially more than their fixed salary
Annual Bonus
· Annual bonus applicable on completing every 1 year with the company
