Area Sales Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our B2B Audio-Visual (AV) business within the assigned territory. In this role, you will drive sales for our portfolio of AV technology—including Interactive Flat Panels (IFPDs), Commercial & Signage Displays, Video Conferencing (VC) Systems, Projectors, and Pro-Audio Solutions. You will focus on acquiring and managing corporate accounts, higher education institutions, K-12 schools, and government accounts, while building a robust network of System Integrators (SIs), dealers, and consultant partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Generation & Business Development

Prospect, pitch, and close high-value B2B deals across Corporate (boardrooms, huddle rooms, auditoriums) and Education (smart classrooms, lecture halls, campus signage).

Identify new market opportunities, tenders, and institutional leads within the assigned territory.

2. Account Management & Customer Engagement

Act as a trusted AV consultant to end-clients (CTOs, IT Heads, Purchase Managers, School Directors, University Deans).

Organize product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept (POCs), and site surveys alongside pre-sales engineers.

3. Product Knowledge

Deep understanding of AV solutions—specifically Interactive Flat Panels, Video Conferencing hardware (video bars, PTZ cameras), Commercial TVs/Digital Signage, Projectors, and Audio systems.

4. Sector Exposure

Demonstrated network and selling experience in the Education sector (EdTech/Smart Classrooms) and Corporate Accounts.

Experience:

1 year of proven track record in B2B/institutional sales within the Audio-Visual (AV), IT Hardware, or Telecom industries.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, or related fields.

Familiarity with popular video conferencing platforms (Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms) and AV control systems.
