Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned area.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Prepare and submit sales reports.
Identify local business opportunities and challenges
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
Set team goals and provide coaching and performance feedback.
Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews.
Market Development
Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
Conduct market analysis and competitor research.
Develop territory-specific sales strategies.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Operational Duties
Manage budgets, forecasts, and inventory for the area.
Present our products and services to prospective customers
Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and logistics teams.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
MBA (preferred, not mandatory).
Experience:
3–5+ years in sales, preferably in the same industry (e.g., FMCG.).
Experience in leading a sales team or managing whole area.
