Exhibit leadership quality to drive and motivate team members to achieve desire result. Ability to manage big Team Size effectively. He has to manage- Managers’ Manager. On roll team Size of 35+ Employees and 100+ D0. Infant and PDD management. Open for new ideas and plan.
