Maica Plastiwood Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of premium WPC, PVC Boards, Doors, Door Frames, and Interior Building Solutions. We are expanding our Government & Institutional Business and are looking for a dynamic sales professional with strong experience in handling Military Engineering Services (MES) projects.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who possesses in-depth knowledge of the MES ecosystem and has an established network with defense contractors, project consultants, and government procurement agencies. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, securing project approvals, and driving sales growth in the government infrastructure segment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand business opportunities within Military Engineering Services (MES), Defence establishments, and Government infrastructure projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with MES officials, contractors, consultants, architects, and project management teams.
Identify upcoming tenders, monitor procurement opportunities, and support the complete tendering process.
Promote Maica Plastiwood's range of WPC/PVC Boards, Doors, Door Frames, and allied products for government and institutional projects.
Coordinate with technical, estimation, and project execution teams to ensure timely submission of quotations and technical documents.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth in the government sector.
Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and client meetings.
Prepare sales forecasts, project pipelines, market intelligence, and MIS reports.
Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong customer relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage).
5–10 years of proven sales experience in Government Projects, preferably with MES.
Strong understanding of MES procurement procedures, tendering, and project execution.
Established network with MES officials, contractors, architects, and defense infrastructure stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling large-value institutional projects.
Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
