Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Area Sales Manager to manage and grow our business in the Ahmedabad region. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, develop strong customer relationships, and lead strategic business initiatives to expand our market share in the industrial sector.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned area.
Identify and acquire new industrial clients, distributors, and channel partners.
Conduct B2B meetings and negotiate contracts to close profitable deals.
- Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products and solutions.
- Market Expansion & Strategy:
Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
Explore new business opportunities and untapped markets in the region.
Suggest innovative ideas to improve brand visibility and strengthen market positioning.
- Team Coordination & Reporting:
Coordinate with the internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Skills:
• Proven experience in industrial sales, B2B business development, or the petroleum/lubricants sector.
• Strong understanding of industrial client requirements and technical products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.
Experience: 02 to 03 years
Timings: 10:00 am to 06:30 pm (Mon to Sat)
Salary: As per interview
