Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
Follow up on inquiries, orders, payments, and deliveries.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts for smooth order execution.
Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and maintain customer records.
Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
