Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify new client opportunities in the market.
Build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication.
Promote product and service offerings that align with customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Monitor industry trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive.
Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.
• Conduct daily outlet visits as per rotation plan (minimum 4 outlets/day).
Ensure outlets open on time, follow SOPs, and maintain hygiene and quality.
Check daily stock, wastage, and verify consumption vs. sales.
Track daily and weekly sales and implement corrective actions.
Recruit, train, and retain kiosk staff; manage rosters and attendance.
Coordinate with HPCL site managers for smooth operations.
Liaise with MCC operations team for supply, menu updates, and issues.
Resolve customer complaints on the same day. •
Submit daily operational and sales reports by 8 PM
