About the Organization:

Vrunda Vallabh Foundation is a registered non-profit organization based in Nagpur, dedicated to promoting art, culture, empowerment ,environment and education among children , youth and the society. As part of its outreach, the Foundation is conducting a large-scale drawing competition in schools across the region to foster creativity and awareness through art.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and implement the drawing competition in designated schools across assigned areas.

Visit schools to introduce the competition and facilitate registrations.

Distribute and collect necessary materials (entry forms, guidelines, etc.).

Ensure smooth conduct of the competition as per the foundation’s protocols.

Serve as the volunteer between schools and the Foundation.

Maintain accurate data of participating schools and students.

Submit daily/weekly reports and updates to the reporting manager.

Assist in event day logistics, evaluation, and award distribution activities.

Promote the Foundation’s mission, vision and ensure professional representation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass; graduates and BSW/MSW preferred.

Prior experience in event coordination, fieldwork, or school liaison will be an advantage.

Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi; basic English is a plus.

Must be self-motivated, organized, and punctual.

Comfortable with field visits and school engagement.

Ability to travel within assigned area (transport allowance may be provided).

Remuneration:

Honorarium/stipend based on the number of schools handled and project responsibilities. To be specified by the Foundation.
