We are hiring an Area Officer who will manage vendors, delivery partners, ads sales, field staff, and vendor issues in the assigned area. This role needs good communication, field work, and daily coordination.
Add new vendors to the platform
Help vendors upload products correctly
Train vendors on app usage, order process, and delivery flow
Regular follow-up to improve vendor performance
Onboard new delivery partners
Train them on app usage and delivery process
Ensure delivery partners are available on time
Monitor delivery performance and behavior
Explain and sell advertisement plans to vendors
Help vendors understand how ads increase sales
Achieve monthly ads sales targets
Manage field executives in the assigned area
Assign daily tasks and targets
Check attendance and work reports
Handle vendor problems related to:
Orders
Delivery timing
Training
Resolve issues quickly and politely
Coordinate with the central team if needed
Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
Experience in field work, sales, or operations is a plus
Good communication skills
Ability to work on the field
Basic knowledge of smartphone apps
Local area knowledge preferred
